Longest Night service
12/18 7-8 PM
Our Longest Night Service will provide a space for grief, sorrow, and lament for those who have experienced loss during this year (or previous years). During times of celebration and gatherings with family and friends, we can feel these losses most keenly. The Longest Night Service will be an opportunity to name those losses before God through song, prayer, and readings. Childcare will available for children 0-10.
Advent week 4 Sunday
12/22 10 aM
The 4th Sunday of Advent is the final Sunday before Christmas. We will light the Angel Candle in the Advent Wreath & learn about the theme of peace with God with a teaching called Watching For Peace. Childcare will available for children 0-10.
Betty Chinn Dinner
12/23 4-5:30 pM
We host a Christmas dinner put on by Betty Chinn and her team of volunteers. Anyone from the community is invited to join us for a delicious hot meal. We will need volunteers to help clean up after the meal is done (6-7 PM). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you can help clean up.
Christmas Eve Service
12/24 5-6 pM
All are welcome to join the Town Church family as we remember the birth of Jesus on Christmas Eve. We will celebrate the Incarnation in a traditional manner with readings, singing Christmas carols, and lighting the Advent Wreath candles. We encourage you to bring your family and friends as together we remember the beautiful story of Christmas.
This is family service, which means that dedicated child care will not be provided.
An ASL interpreter will be provided for our deaf friends.
